Warranty / Return Policies
Exchanges / Repairs
You must e-mail warranty@audiosavings.com and receive return instructions if you receive a defective item or if any item needs to be repaired under the warranty period. We will have the item exchanged or repaired for you free of charge.
The item must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included. We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged or repaired at our discretion. Our warranty will not cover blown voice coils, or speakers with punctured surrounds. This is considered physical damage and is not covered by a manufacturer warranty, or by our warranty.

Return for Refund
You must e-mail warranty@audiosavings.com and receive an RMA number, before returning. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied in order to return an item for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable Item must not be used, and must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, within 10 days of the time you receive the item. (Items sold with "free shipping promotions" will have the shipping cost deducted prior to the 15% restocking fee)

For all returns, customer is responsible to ship item back, and return shipping back to customer will be free.
 
Shipping Info
  • Shipping will be stated in each listing and is a fixed shipping cost to anywhere in the US. 
  • We combine shipping on multiple items. If you buy more than one item you save an additional $6.00 off the shipping of each additional item.
  • After your item is shipped we will send you a tracking number (98% of all orders ship in 1 - 2 business days).
  • We ship to PO Box or APO Addresses for an additional $12.00 fee
  • During checkout you can select 2nd day or overnight shipping (this will cost an additional fee, which will be based on the weight and offered during checkout)  By default all orders will ship through fedex ground.

Sales Tax
There will be no sales tax on your order unless you are located in New York.  This is just one of the many options of shopping with Audiosavings

We also offer the option of paying over the phone, paypal, and money orders.
