i had been searching for a decent set of tens for my car that would not kill my wallet. after a TON of research, about 3 months worth, i stumbled across these. these things weigh 20 pounds apiece, retail for over $300 each. i have them hooked to a hifonics zxi1006 (copped that here too) and it is a perfect set-up. and those other guys were right, i had an amp giving these about 350wrms apiece and i was not impressed at all, upgraded to the zxi1006, and wow....they won't go super loud, but the SQ is supreme. not just deep, but with depth, well sustained bass the kind you feel in your chest. i got a new car, a hatch back, and i can't wait to install these in there...kinda looking forward to driving a subwoofer on wheels. i let you know how it turns out ....later.

these subs are the best 10inch subs (in this price range) that you can buy. the only bad thing is that if you can't provide thse with the 600wrms the need, buy something else! to be honest with you, since the efficiency is less than 84, you can actually feed them about 700wrms, yes, and they will thank you for it. these subs have home theater quality bass, clear, articulate, forcefull, bass, the kind that you feel in your kidneys, you can actually feel the bass drop thru the lower octaves. i know you've heard the clich'e about the back massage, yeah, these, in the proper box will do just that, mine are in a seled box just shy of factory specs. if you want quality low end and can't justify spending 2 or 3 times more for RF, JL, even KICKER, than one need look no further....nuff said.

these subs are crazy, if you buy these, make sure you can give them the power they DEMAND. i have two of them in a dual sealed .61 box and they breath, i have never experienced any 10 inch sub like these, and you can not beat this price. you will not be disappointed. just make sure you give the at least 500watts RMS apiece, and they will do the job.
